Sombrano® s+
Glatz is known for its ideas. The Sombrano S + is the first free-arm parasol that opens and automatically sets itself horizontally when you operate the crank. Since Glatz has a practical mindset, they mounted the pole on the side of the parasol. That's why you can freely enjoy all the space under the Sombrano® s+.
Thanks to its tilt bar, the parasol roof can be tilted up to 54° on both sides and is even capable of rotating 360° around its axis by operating its swivel base on included bearings. All you have to do is choose the quality and color of the canvas, as well as the optional fixing system.
Materials and technique:
The supporting frame and roof structure are available in natural anodized aluminum and powder-coated anthracite.

Minimum weight of the base for parasol dimensions Ø400cm, 350x350cm, 400x300cm: 180kg.
Canvases:
Fabric category 4: 100% polyester, approx. 250 g/m², solution-dyed, pile fiber, color fastness 7, UV protection > 98%, easy-care, stain-resistant and anti-mold treatment. Optimal protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Not recommended for areas exposed to strong winds. Colors 400–499.
Fabric category 5 "waterproof": 100% polyacrylic, approx. 300 g/m², solution-dyed, color fastness 7-8, UV protection > 98%, stain-resistant, water- and oil-repellent, anti-mold treatment. Optimal protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Recommended for areas exposed to strong winds. Colors 500–699.

Functions:
The Sombrano® s + opens and closes using the removable crank handle. The crank is self-locking. The tilt bar allows you to tilt the roof on both sides to 54° in 18° increments. Equipped with a swivel foot mounted on bearings, the Sombrano®s + rotates 360°.
