Patrick Jouin here renews the repertoire of Facto, his very first creation registered since 1998 in the Fermob catalogue: an outdoor seat, a simple silhouette, a single material, the softness of sheet metal. The Kate armchair is part of the history of design with a use value that is both rational and comfortable. The shell backrest, which fits the structure, develops a complex system of irregular perforations spread harmoniously. The design of the whole flirts with haute couture to result in a technically demanding aesthetic proposition.
